- Terms and Conditions – Bake at Home Pizzas
- All deliveries are made by DPD, tracking information will arrive via email before 11am on the day of your delivery date.
- Once you receive tracking information with a delivery slot, please note if you are not in to receive this, DPD will leave in a safe place.
- If you make arrangements directly with DPD such as leaving in a safe place or with a neighbour, we cannot take responsibility for lost items and this can only be dealt directly with DPD.
- We recommend that you refrigerate immediately and consume within 5 days of the delivery day, all pizzas are suitable for home freezing.
- Lost & Damaged Items.
- It is the policy of Rudy’s Pizza Ltd to ensure that all goods are supplied to our customers in perfect condition and that every possible precaution is taken to protect the integrity of the product that is sold. If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery.
- Incorrect or Lost Items. If we have sent you an incorrect item or your box has been lost, please notify our team via email on [email protected] as soon as possible or within 24hrs of delivery we cannot accept any returns due to the perishable items within the box. Rudy’s Pizza Ltd cannot accept liability for lost or damaged boxes whilst in transit.
