DOUGH BALLS (6x250g)

Six frozen Rudy’s pizza dough balls, freshly made with 00 Caputo flour.

Our dough balls arrive semi-frozen and can be safely refrozen without affecting the dough. To defrost, leave them out at room temp for an hour or pop them in the fridge overnight. Once defrosted, use within 3 days. Our dough balls can be kept in the freezer for up to 8 months from the date of purchase.

Simply defrost, stretch, top and bake. Our dough balls come pre-portioned to make a 12 inch pizza.
